Hello

Are you a podiatrist looking for support in a community that values your health and what is important to you?

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate or an experienced podiatrist to work within a supportive team environment that is committed to your personal development and wellbeing.

Our purpose is to cultivate a healthy environment that fosters your personal development as our mission is to leave healthcare in a better place.

We need to honour the human within the practitioner by providing support, care, and guidance as you figure out your path as a podiatrist.

About us

Warrnambool Podiatry Group has been working within the community for more than 20 years however, over the last 3 years we have taken a different route.

Concerned with the increasing level of burnout and disengagement within the podiatry field, we have invested time and resources into better understanding the experience of the practitioner to gain awareness and insight.

We are aware this is a complex and ongoing journey due to the evolving nature of healthcare. We are committed to the path of this learning exploration.

We are developing a relationship-centered approach that values the health of both those providing the care and those receiving it.

We have co-created our own well-being mentoring program in a bid to support each individual on their path, whilst investing time, knowledge, and skill building into our team and client relationships.

Our program features both professional and personal development, influenced by positive psychology, mind-body awareness, conversational learning, and reflective practice.
